It tests the battery, alternator, and cranking system — the three components of the starting system that can leave you stranded. The thermal printer produces a professional report that includes all three test results, which can be handed to the customer to document the diagnosis.

How It Works

The 4-step process explained

Battery Test

Conductance test measures CCA and health percentage. Results in under 10 seconds.

Alternator Test

Measures charging voltage (should be 13.8–14.4V) and checks for AC ripple that indicates alternator bearing wear.

Cranking Test

Records voltage during engine start — should not drop below 9.6V. Lower indicates a weak battery or starter motor issue.

Generates thermal report with all three results, battery details, and date.
