A blown head gasket is one of the most feared engine problems — the repair typically costs ₹30,000–80,000 in labour and parts. The symptoms are distinctive: white smoke from the exhaust, coolant loss without visible leaks, oil and coolant mixing, overheating. Rislone Block Seal is a two-part chemical repair — mixed and added to the cooling system, it circulates and bonds chemically at the leak point, creating a permanent seal. It works on minor to moderate head gasket failures — not a cracked block or severely warped head.

How To Use
Step-by-step instructions
Drain and flush the cooling system completely before use — no old coolant or stop-leak products should be in the system.
Mix Part A (powder) with warm water as per instructions. Pour into the radiator.
Add Part B (liquid) directly to the radiator.
Run the engine at operating temperature for 30–45 minutes with the heater on full hot.
Allow to cool completely, then flush and refill with fresh coolant.
Do not use with a thermostat removed — the thermostat must be in place.
